Warehouse and Logistics Inventory Manager (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team and are now looking for a dedicated Warehouse and Logistics Inventory Manager (m/f/d). As a central element of our company, we focus on the direct sale of exclusive Asian food and merchandise items from popular anime, manga and video game series from Japan via our online shop AnimeFanShop.de. We also organise important anime events, such as the annual Anime Messe Babelsberg at Filmpark Babelsberg.

Job type: Full-time (32h to 40h) - to be specified with application

Recruitment period: to be filled immediately - please indicate in your application when you could start

Primary location: Amboßweg 2, 16356 Ahrensfelde

Your area of responsibility:

  • Warehouse management and administration: Management of warehouse staff, incoming goods inspection, storage and maintenance of product data in our IT systems.
  • Order processing: Picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
    • Event logistics: Organisation and implementation of logistics for our own anime events, including stand support and customer advice at warehouse sales and external events. This includes working at weekends.

Your profile:

  • open-minded on the topics of anime, Japan, Asia, gaming
  • independent working style and ability to clearly define and delegate tasks
  • physically fit for work in the warehouse and at events
  • Heights or ladder firm
  • Possession of a class B or higher driving licence
  • good German language skills and effective customer communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and fast typing
  • Willingness to travel, especially to anime events in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France

Payment:

We offer you a gradual starting wage of 14 to 20 euros per hour, which makes it easier for you to enter the anime industry. Depending on your performance, your contribution to the company's success and the growth of our company, there is the possibility of a pay rise.
